1. Who we are
TrackingJobs is a side project operated by [LEGAL ENTITY] (registered at [ADDRESS], [COUNTRY]). You can reach us at hello@trackingjobs.com.
2. What we collect
- Your email address.
- The role(s) and country/countries you subscribe to.
- The IDs of the jobs we have already sent you (to avoid duplicates).
We do not use tracking pixels in our emails, do not log open/click events with third parties beyond what our email provider records by default, and do not share your data with anyone.
3. Legal basis (GDPR)
We process your data on the basis of your explicit, double-opt-in consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email.
4. Data retention
We keep your data for as long as your subscription is active. When you unsubscribe we delete your row and all associated preferences from our database within 24 hours.
